Raised by her maternal grandmother, she was instilled with a powerful belief: despite any situation, you can always turn it around. That mindset didn’t just shape her life—it became the foundation of her work.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, entrepreneur, and mentor, Janisha has built a platform dedicated to helping clinicians not just survive—but thrive. From speaking across her community on mental health and entrepreneurship to helping hundreds of therapists pass the MFT exam through her signature program StudyRite, she is committed to changing the narrative for clinicians.
